OpenAI’s Potential IPO, AI Ending 9-9-6: WTF Highlights
It’s hard to find a leader in tech and finance who isn’t feverishly figuring out how to implement artificial intelligence in their company. At The Information’s Women in Tech, Media and Finance conference, executives said their use of AI had gone well beyond experimentation, changing the kind and number of employees they hire, how they reach new customers—and how they manage their businesses.
“Your job is not to work 9-9-6. Your job is to actually put the AI to work 24/7 and make that part of your job,” said Aparna Chennapragada, Microsoft’s chief product officer for AI at work, speaking about a habit of working from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week.
She spoke alongside leaders from Netflix, Palo Alto Networks, Index Ventures, Passes and others. Below are highlights. You can read more here, here and here.
