Microsoft is facing a new cluster of antitrust probes over whether it has illegally monopolized the cloud and software markets. As it gears up for battle, it’s been reorganizing the top ranks of its legal and policy department.

Over the past year, Microsoft has shifted at least four executives into new roles within the legal teams under President Brad Smith that handle its response to antitrust regulations. Our new org chart below grants a first look at the leaders overseeing the company’s antitrust strategy since it successfully fended off a Federal Trade Commission lawsuit over its $75 billion acquisition of Activision less than three years ago.
