Some companies on our Tech IPO Tracker are finally pushing ahead on long-awaited listings. The latest is stablecoin company Circle, which started trading on Thursday and ended the day with its shares closing at more than twofold its initial public offering price.
Earlier this week, I took a look at the private firms that have hit dead ends with their IPOs and are increasingly focused on finding a buyer. But I’ve also been studying how newly public tech companies—and those hoping to go soon—have been cleaning up their financial profiles to get camera-ready for their debuts.
