We broke the news today that Zoom Video Communications is starting to map out a post-pandemic future, one where society is no longer constantly tethered to videoconferencing to connect with colleagues, friends and family. Under consideration, Kevin reports, are email and calendar services that could compete with giants Microsoft and Google.

Yet these grand ambitions don’t appear to have mollified investors worried that Zoom and other companies riding the remote-work wave will see slowing growth next year. Zoom shares fell 6% Wednesday, on the same day the U.S. reached a deal with Pfizer for 100 million additional doses of Covid-19 vaccine. The effective doubling of the Pfizer supply could have a big impact on when workers head back to the office.
