Pro Weekly: Companies Line Up at the IPO Window
The market for initial public offerings seems to be heating up, and we’ve been updating and enhancing The Information’s Tech IPO Tracker to keep pace. On Monday, data security software firm Rubrik filed its public IPO prospectus, suggesting it will debut on the stock market later this month or in early May. Shopping rewards company Ibotta published its prospectus last month.
Social media company Reddit and data center component maker Astera Labs debuted last month, and their shares closed Thursday nearly 35% and 94% above their IPO prices, respectively. Those IPOs came after grocery-delivery company Instacart and chip designer Arm listed shares late last year. Instacart is up more than 26% from its IPO price, and Arm has more than doubled its IPO price. Our tracker now includes real-time updates on the market capitalizations of companies that have gone public.
