Pro Weekly: Our Next GPs Have Been Busy
In March, we published The Next GPs, our list of 19 rising stars in venture capital who we think are likely to take leadership roles as general partners of VC firms in coming years. It’s a group I’ve been watching closely. In less than four months since we introduced the list, some of these VCs have been promoted or made flashy investments. Two have departed their firms.
Dan Levine, a senior partner at Accel, led one of the biggest investments among the group, running point on the firm’s $1 billion investment in Scale AI in May that valued the data-labeling company at $13.8 billion. (See our analysis of that valuation here.)
