Energy Secretary Chris Wright says the U.S. has taken control of all of Venezuela’s oil sales “indefinitely.” For starters, the South American nation will hand over more than $2 billion in crude oil to the U.S., about 15% of its annual production, apparently in exchange for a friendlier attitude from President Donald Trump.
