About
Mike Sullivan joined The Information in January 2017. Previously, Mike was Senior Interactive Developer for the New York Daily News where he was part of a team that won the 2017 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service. Before joining the Daily News, Mike was an Interactive Developer for The Wall Street Journal. Mike was also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia’s Journalism School where he taught a course on data and helped run a fellowship program. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and children.

Erin Woo just wrote about the OOO (out of office) epidemic overtaking VC this summer. Wondering how this summer feels different to you: Is it more of a return to the normal pre-pandemic slowdowns of yore, or does it remind you of the bad old days after the '00 and '08 crashes, or is it something completely new?
