I was intrigued by this story from Theo and Ann about Amazon labeling products that have been frequently returned. Makes sense from an economic perspective and is a good example of a feature customers probably love. But it is also a sign of Amazon's growing desire to curate and push shoppers to buy certain products, which they already do with Amazon's picks, etc. ...
