Jing Yang is the Asia Bureau Chief at The Information. Previously she was a senior correspondent at The Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong, where she covered everything from Wall Street’s foray into China to Beijing’s crackdown on tech platforms. She also has stints at Bloomberg News in Shanghai, where she covered China’s biggest conglomerates, as well as South China Morning Post and shipping journal Lloyd’s List. Originally from mainland China, Jing has a Master of Journalism degree from The University of Hong Kong.
