this deep dive into signs of US-China decoupling is fascinating. I'd argue that there is really no other example of two tech ecosystems as symbiotic and the US and China -- the flow of capital to China and talent (and stock market returns) to the US has benefited both sides. I was skeptical that the forces for decoupling could work but I am shifting my view.The Information
